Couldnt get it to fit my Versa Two fitbit.Too wide.Instead took the two strap holders off and used them with my original ...Couldnt get it to fit my Versa Two fitbit.Too wide.Instead took the two strap holders off and used them with my original pink strap( they were the only things that had broken).So not terribly successful.

Unfortunately- the strap would not attach to my FitBit. Extra ridges to the strap- made it too thick when checked against...Unfortunately- the strap would not attach to my FitBit. Extra ridges to the strap- made it too thick when checked against original strap from FitBit. Customer service was excellent- immediate response. Replacement was offered- but it was a design fault- so not necessary. Refund given - Thank you!
