Surprised to see both straps sent were Charge 5 when I’d ordered Charge 6 but noted they are supposed to be compatible. ...Surprised to see both straps sent were Charge 5 when I’d ordered Charge 6 but noted they are supposed to be compatible. One of the two ordered would only fix one side and the other cane apart from the Fitbit after a short wear - though this just required “jiggling” one side and I slept ok with it on without issue. Customer services (Gavin) very prompt and after sending a video of the issue is sending me a different strap of my choosing - and I’ve stuck to same price.
