Strap-it Fitbit Charge 4 Silicone Strap (Black)

Bought to replace the original strap which had broken unexpectedly. This one seems to be ok but has detached itself from the watch several times for no apparent reason.

I carefully measured my wrist against the choice of large and small strap length and according to the guide, short would be the correct choice. However on receiving the replacement strap, it only just does up. So it is too short.

First product ordered took over 13 days to arrive, so I contacted Customer Service after 10 days and Gavin was really helpful. He arranged for another strap to be sent and this arrived the same day as the first item ordered. Original dispatch had a faulty part and would not attach to my Fitbit Charge 4. The replacement fits well and feels just like my original product strap. Gavin has been extremely helpful and always kept me in the loop.

I returned a Fitbit charge strap in favour of a Fitbit sense strap and have heard nothing for 2 weeks, can you please investigate

I haven't used it yet. I always like to have a spare at home because they don't seem to last more than 12 months.

Good quality strap that looks identical to the original that I am replacing due to being broken. Would recommend.
